At Frida's Pawsome Pet Care, we provide kind, expert pet care. Our trained staff carefully handles medications, fluid therapy, bandage changes and more. Trust us to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and loved.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Frida’s Pawsome Pet Care At Frida’s Pawsome Pet Care, we provide loving, reliable services for your pets, including pet sitting, dog walking, cat care, and non-anesthetic dental cleanings. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth and safe experience. General Services available 7 days/week by appointment. Book at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day requests depend on availability and may include a rush fee. New clients must schedule a free consultation to discuss pet needs and assess compatibility. Pet Sitting Includes feeding, water, litter/bathroom care, playtime, and updates. Visit durations: 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Overnight care available (9 PM – 7 AM). Minimum: 1 visit/day for cats, 2/day for dogs. Dog Walking Available daily from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Walks offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions. All dogs must be leashed unless in a secure, owner-approved space. Group walks available (up to 3 dogs) if temperament allows. Cat Care One visit every 24 hours minimum. Services include feeding, litter scooping, light grooming, and companionship. Medications can be administered with prior approval. Non-Anesthetic Dental For calm pets only, after a behavioral and oral health screening. Requires signed waiver. Not a replacement for veterinary dental care. Appointment only. Cancellations require 72-hour notice. Payments Cash, Zelle, and Venmo accepted. Payment due at the time of booking. Monthly invoicing available for recurring services. Cancellations More than 24 hours: No fee. Less than 24 hours: 25% of the service fee. Same-day or no-show: 50% charge. Holiday bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Client Responsibilities Provide pet food, meds, supplies, and clear care instructions. Ensure safe access (key, lockbox, or code). Disclose behavior issues or health concerns.
